Voip rules philippines? - voip philippines
The word is often expensive to the Philippines and even VoIP usage. I just read that the NLC has proposed new rules, and approved for VoIP in the Philippines. Here's the link:

I wonder what would happen, and if so, do you think of VoIP telephone in Mexico?

The local telecom PLDT would ensure that all blocks are cast, as those accounts. You will lose a lot of money with VoIP.
